Traci Carnette, FNP-C
Traci Carnette is the founder of OptimalJoy Longevity Center. She obtained her Masters in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2019 and her Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023. She has enjoyed her career in nursing for the past 15+ years working in the ER Adult and Pediatric, Labor and Delivery, Psych, Adjunct Teaching and School Nursing.Â
During this time she learned to think on her feet during many challenging situations. Her critical thinking and clinical skills have been layered with many diverse fields of health care.

Dana Russell, FNP-C
 Dana is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more that 10 years of aesthetic injecting experience. She began her aesthetic career as an RN injector in 2016 and, after graduating from Carson-Newman University in 2022, continued practicing as an NP injector.Â
Outside of aesthetics, Dana is a wife and proud mom of five adult children and a grand-dog “George”! She treasures her faith in God and time with family, and loves traveling, relaxing by the pool, gardening, and spending time with her cats.Â
